These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations of Interlude Ltd. (hereinafter -
INTERLUDE) and the user of the online ticket purchasing system (hereinafter - User).
Please read these terms carefully. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read
and agree to the ticket purchase terms and conditions. The agreement between
INTERLUDE and the User enters into force at the moment when the User has successfully
completed the ticket purchase on the INTERLUDE website.
1.1. These terms regulate the relationship between INTERLUDE (Interlude
Ltd., Reg. No. 40203696596) and the User – a person who makes a
purchase on the website www.interlude.lv.
1.2. By completing the payment, the User confirms that the selected tickets and event time correspond to their choice.
1.3. Purchased tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except in cases where the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
1.4. Each ticket is valid only for the date and time indicated on it.
2.1. In the event of event cancellation, INTERLUDE will refund the nominal
value of the ticket in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia and
good commercial practice.
2.2. If the event is rescheduled, the purchased ticket remains valid for the new date.
2.3. If the User cannot attend the event on the rescheduled date, they have the right to request a refund by submitting a written request to info@interlude.lv within 14 days after the notification of the date change or, if less than 14 days remain until the new date, no later than 3 days before the rescheduled event. The refund will be issued only upon written request submitted within the specified deadline.
2.4. INTERLUDE assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Tickets will not be reissued or duplicated.
2.5. In accordance with Articles 1773 and 1774 of the Civil Law of the Republic of Latvia, INTERLUDE is not liable for event cancellations or changes caused by force majeure circumstances - such as natural disasters, epidemics, acts of war, riots, government restrictions, strikes, or other events beyond its control.
3.1. The User voluntarily provides information necessary for ticket purchase and payment processing.
3.2 The User is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data provided. INTERLUDE shall process the User's personal data only for the purposes of purchasing tickets and providing the event, in accordance with the current Privacy Policy available on the website www.interlude.lv.
3.3 User data shall not be passed on to third parties, except as provided for by law or as necessary for the operation of the payment or ticketing system.
4.1 By purchasing a ticket, the User agrees to the internal rules of the venue set by INTERLUDE, which are binding for all visitors.
4.2 INTERLUDE reserves the right to change the time or content of the event if this is necessary for technical, security or other objective reasons.
4.3 All ambiguities and disputes shall be settled by negotiation, but if no agreement is reached - in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
4.4 These Terms and Conditions are published on the website www.interlude.lvand INTERLUDE reserves the right to change them by publishing a new version.
