Purchasing a ticket and entering the event constitutes agreement with these rules.
INTERLUDE is an unforgettable sound and light experience held in the Reformed Church. We live in an age where days rush by. Calendars are full, and the mind is tired. We plan everything - except time for ourselves. INTERLUDE is an invitation to pause. To disconnect from noise. To listen. To look within. This is not just a show - it is an experience that takes you beyond the everyday and closer to yourself. 30 minutes of silence, light, sound, and reflection. 30 minutes where you are present - in your body, your thoughts, your soul.
2.1. By purchasing a ticket, a contract is concluded between the visitor (hereinafter - the Visitor) and Ltd “Interlude” (hereinafter - INTERLUDE).).
2.2. The ticket is valid only for the date and time specified.
2.3. INTERLUDE reserves the right to change the time, location, or content of the event. Any changes will be communicated as early as possible.
2.4. Current information about upcoming performances and changes can be found on INTERLUDE’s official channels: www.interlude.lv, Facebook: @interlude_latvia, Instagram: @interlude_latvia. Information published on third-party websites may differ.
3.1. Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes before the start of the
performance.
3.2. After the performance has begun, visitors will not be admitted to the hall; in such cases, the ticket is non-refundable.
3.3. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, except when the event is canceled or rescheduled.
3.4. In the event of cancellation, we offer a refund or the option to
transfer/convert your ticket to a gift ticket of equal value.
3.5. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to events with a specific date and time (leisure services), in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet Regulation No. 255.
3.6. Full ticket purchase terms are available on www.interlude.lv.
4.1. Large bags and suitcases may not be brought into the venue; they can be left with the staff for safekeeping. Storage is unsupervised/unlocked - the organizer and staff are not responsible for personal belongings or damages.
4.2. It is prohibited to bring weapons, pyrotechnics, flammable, or other dangerous objects/substances.
5.1. Please switch off sound on phones and other devices and
reduce screen brightness.
5.2. Please remain silent during the performance to allow everyone
to fully enjoy the experience.
5.3. If a visitor disturbs the event or fails to comply with these rules,
INTERLUDE staff have the right to ask them to leave without
compensation.
5.4. Smoking (including e-cigarettes), alcohol, and intoxicating
substances are prohibited in the venue.
5.5. Please treat the venue and equipment with care and show
respect toward other visitors and staff.
5.6. Pets are not allowed in the venue (exception - assistance dogs).
5.7. INTERLUDE staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove a
person from the performance if they are intoxicated, behave
aggressively, or violate these rules. Ticket fees will not be refunded.
5.8.
6.1. Photography and filming are permitted without flash, as long as it does not disturb others.
6.2. The organizer may record photos/videos for publicity purposes.
By attending INTERLUDE, the visitor agrees to the use of their image
in promotional materials. If you do not wish to be filmed or
photographed, please inform the staff before the show begins.
6.3. INTERLUDE staff have the right to request that
filming/photography be stopped if it disturbs others.
7.1. The event includes audiovisual effects; it may not be suitable for
persons with photosensitivity, a tendency toward panic attacks, or
similar conditions.
7.2. The organizer is not responsible for individual health reactions.
8.1. Access to the hall is possible only via stairs; however, visitors with reduced mobility can be assisted using a lift and staff support. Please notify us at least two days in advance by emailing info@interlude.lv, indicating the performance date and time you wish to attend, and your contact information.
9.1. If the performance is interrupted due to safety or emergency
reasons, INTERLUDE will provide a ticket refund or the opportunity to
attend a rescheduled performance.
9.2. The organizer is not responsible for indirect losses (e.g., travel,
accommodation, etc.).
9.3. Visitors must follow staff instructions in case of evacuation or
safety threats.
9.4. In accordance with Sections 1773 and 1774 of the Civil Law,
INTERLUDE is not liable for event cancellations or changes caused by
force majeure - such as natural disasters, epidemics, warfare, civil
unrest, government orders, strikes, or other external and unpredictable
circumstances beyond the organizer’s control. In such cases, ticket
values are non-refundable and visits are not rescheduled.
10.1. Ticket purchases for resale or commercial purposes without written consent from INTERLUDE are prohibited.
11.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with INTERLUDE’s Privacy Policy, available on ( www.interlude.lv).
12.1. These rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes shall be resolved primarily through mutual agreement.
